Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup rolled oats
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/4 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- 1 tbsp maple syrup
- 1/4 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 pinch salt
- 1/2 cup mixed berries
Instructions:
- In a 16 oz mason jar, combine the rolled oats, milk, Greek yogurt, chia seeds, maple syrup, vanilla, and salt.
- Whisk vigorously with a fork until the mixture is smooth and no dry pockets of oats remain at the bottom.
- Gently fold in half of the mixed berries, pressing them against the glass walls of the jar for visual appeal.
- Top the mixture with the remaining mixed berries.
- Seal the lid tightly and refrigerate for a minimum of 6 hours to allow the oats and chia seeds to set.
