Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1/4 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1/2 cup mixed berries

Instructions:

  1. In a 16 oz mason jar, combine the rolled oats, milk, Greek yogurt, chia seeds, maple syrup, vanilla, and salt.
  2. Whisk vigorously with a fork until the mixture is smooth and no dry pockets of oats remain at the bottom.
  3. Gently fold in half of the mixed berries, pressing them against the glass walls of the jar for visual appeal.
  4. Top the mixture with the remaining mixed berries.
  5. Seal the lid tightly and refrigerate for a minimum of 6 hours to allow the oats and chia seeds to set.
