- 1/4 cup melted coconut oil
- 3 tbsp maple syrup

Instructions:
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Toss the sliced apples with lemon juice, cinnamon, maple syrup, and salt in an 8x8 inch baking dish, spreading them evenly.
- In a medium bowl, combine the rolled oats, oat flour, and cinnamon. Pour in the melted coconut oil and maple syrup, stirring until the mixture forms coarse clumps.
- Spoon the oat mixture evenly over the apples. Bake for 35-40 minutes until the apple juices bubble around the edges and the topping is deep golden brown.
