Ingredients:
- 16 oz frozen raspberries
- 1/3 cup honey
- 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
- 4 tbsp water
Instructions:
- Add the frozen raspberries, honey, and lemon juice into the blender. Pulse 5-7 times to break the frozen berries into small, uniform crumbs.
- Switch to a continuous blend on high. Use a tamper or scrape down the sides with a silicone spatula. Blend until the mixture transforms into a velvety, smooth puree, adding water one tablespoon at a time if needed for blending.
- Taste for tartness and add an extra squeeze of lemon if necessary. Transfer the mixture immediately into a chilled container.
- Serve immediately for a soft-serve consistency, or freeze for 2 hours for a traditional scoopable texture.
